Our lawyers provide advice in relation to copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. In conjunction with our commercial litigation department, we litigate claims for infringement and/or unfair competition.   We also have experience in relation to matters involving confidentiality agreements, unfair solicitation of employees and use of confidential information by former employees.
