Marc has a diverse client base that includes major accounting firms, commercial and investment banks, trading houses, insurance companies, publicly listed companies, insolvency investors, entrepreneurs and high net-worth individuals.

He has been involved in a number of high profile and complex matters, ranging from multi-million dollar real estate and leasing transactions to restructuring the gold hedge book of Australia’s largest miner.

Marc graduated from law from the University of Sydney in 1989 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. He was admitted to practice in Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1990. Marc is a frequent speaker and writer on subjects related to insolvency. He also serves on the boards of several private companies.

Louis earned his law degrees from University of Sydney (LL.B.) and Fordham University in New York (LL.M.) in International Business and Trade Law. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1990. Louis was also admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and before the federal courts for both the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York in 1994.

Louis returned to Australia in 2003 and worked at Blake Dawson Waldron and Abbott Tout. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
