Somerset Ryckmans acted for BKK Partners in its dispute with Nathan Tinkler and his wife Rebecca Tinkler.
BKK Partners was engaged by the Tinklers to provide corporate advisory services in respect of Mr Tinkler’s bid to take over Whitehaven Coal.
